Our Managing Members include:

JACK A. DONENFELD has been a practicing attorney for twenty-seven years, with experience in corporate finance, securities, estate and trust planning and real estate. Awarded the highest rating attainable for legal competency and adherence to ethical standards by the prestigious Martindale Hubbell Law Directory, he also is listed in the Bar Register of Pre-eminent Lawyers for his work in securities law.

Mr. Donenfeld is a member of the Registration and Exemption Advisory Committee of the Ohio Division of Securities and the Taxation Section and Asset Protection Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the American Bar Association. He earned his undergraduate degree at Northwestern University and his law degree at Boston College Law School. Mr. Donenfeld has passed the Series 63 securities examination administered by NASD Regulation, Inc. and is licensed as a registered investment advisor.

JOHN W. WARRINGTON has twenty-seven years of experience in international trade and finance, including fifteen years as President of an aviation equipment and services company that was active in Europe and South America. He worked for several years as an officer in the international division of a prominent regional bank as well as with a national venture capital firm.

An honors graduate of Lawrence University, Mr. Warrington studied European languages at the Université de Nice, France and studied finance at Xavier University. He has passed the Series 63 securities examination administered by NASD Regulation, Inc. and is licensed as a registered investment advisor.
